Poke is Hawaiian for “to slice”. Tuna Poke is a traditional Hawaiian dish that highlights tuna by marinating 1/2 inch cubes in soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, shallots, garlic, and chili sauce, although there are many variations to this recipe. Our tuna poke is already cut into cubes for convenience and comes in 1lb sealed bags, ready for whichever marinade recipe you choose.
