All of our scallops are dry, meaning they are the freshest available and not soaked in preservative solutions to increase weight like what you’ll often find in the grocery store. These jumbo scallops are 10/20 (10-20 scallops make a pound.)

We love to sear these scallops in a mixture of butter and oil. Keep it simple and these will not disappoint!
